Big O Tires

I love this Big O Tires! They have always taken really good care of us. They are true to their tire warranties as well, which has saved us a lot of money! They are honest and so helpful. We love them!

Customer service is excellent

Most place wont let you bring in your own parts. Layton big o tires, lets you bring in which ever parts you need for your vehicle and replace it for you. They only charged you for the labor. They don't try to sell or forced you to get things fixed. They only recommend and ask if you want to get it fixed. The owner and employee's are very professional.

The only reason that this place gets a 5 star review is that 10 stars isn't an option. Seriously, so blown away by the level of service I was provided. There is never a good time to break down while traveling with your family, but I couldn't have picked a better place to break down than next to this Big O Tires in Layton. I never could have expected the lengths to which they would go to get me and my family back on the road. I was totally at their mercy, and they could have easily taken advantage of the situation and overcharged me, but instead offered me a level of service that I have rarely ever seen or heard of before. Good people like this are a rarity in this day and age.

This is the only big o I go to because the owner Ian does great work, very knowledgeable, helpful and train’s his employees well.

This is the first time I had used Big O Tires and I was happy with there work. They didn't take advantage of me because I was a woman. I will use them again.

I've been to the Layton Location several times. They recognize me each time with a smile and they are upfront and helpful every time! Did a clutch, a few sets of tires and alignments with the Layton store

The agent was nice. I told him what needed to be done. It was dine. What I liked is that they were nice and did not try to hard sell anything to me.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Was promptly helped. Even though it was an alignment appointment I was if there was any issues they should look for.

This shop and everyone that works here is amazing. I highly recommend this shop.

Everybody did very well there and very helpful

I went in for a tire rotation and was able to get right in........

I went in one hour before they closed and they got my car right in to repair a flat. The tire was cut so had to replace it. They were friendly and fast.

I took my car in for an alignment and they even applied a coupon that I wasn't aware of.

Ian and Moses were knowledgeable and courteous. KC should be their nicknames;) Honest and well run facility.

I had five service visits in 1 months. Edith Swan the customer service was excellent. The office manager Ian and his assistant Moses went out of your way to make sure all my needs were met. I'm a very happy customer with this Big O Tire shop.

I came in at the end of the day without an appointment and they did not even flinch. They were friendly and helpful and did not make me wait long.
