I have brought my car into other shops for oil change and was suggested work that would cost over a $1000. My husband had the same experience with his newer vehicle. I had a feeling this wasnt accurate and decided to try Big O Tires. At big o tires, I believe they accurately assessed my vehicle and were honest.

The best customer service I've ever had at a Big-O-Tires. Everyone was polite and attentive, the service was quick, and I felt they went above and beyond to give me a great deal on replacing my pro-rated tires. Have had some issues with other locations. This Layton location is easy to recommend.

Super satisfied with the crew at the Layton, UT location. Ian Ashcroft runs a tight ship and caters to all his customers needs. The staff is very friendly and always goes out of their way to provide the best customer experience. Prices are on point and and service is fast and efficient. I went in for installation for a set of tires. From start to finish I was out of there in 45 mins. Technicians are very knowledgeable and professional.

I arrived late in the afternoon with a torn sidewall, yet they stayed late to get me back up and on the road again. I was never made to think they were going out of their way to stay an hour after their closing time. They were kind and patient to me the whole time.
