I was very pleased with my visit to Big O Tires in Layton. They got my car right in, did my safety and emissions, an oil change and switched out my all seasons to my snow tires. My car was done earlier than expected! They didn't try to sell me other stuff which I appreciated. Yet they informed me of things that might need to be done in the future.

They got me in the same day for my service. I was unsure how many new tires I needed, Dilan inspected my tires and recommended I only needed 1 replaced. I was planning on replacing all of them so it was nice to know he wasn't trying to sell me something I didn't need. He also found a slight problem while installing the tire. He explained everything very well to me.

I haven't had better service at another tire store than I had at Big O in Layton. We just bought our first camp trailer and Ian made sure that our Toyota was all ready to take our first trip. He installed a trailer brake controller and air bags, as well as adjusted our trailer hitch and alignment. We will definitely be coming back.

The customer service at this Big O location was excellent. Everyone was friendly and kept us informed on the progress of the vehicle. The price was great also.

Great consistent service and ease of just dropping in for service

I got in on schedule and different tire options explained and questions answered with great knowledge. This allowed me to make an informed decision and all work was done well.
