The customer service was great and I would definitely go back! I moved from Taylorsville (going to the BigO there) to Clearfield and hoped I would have the same experience at this Big O and I did! They treated me with respect, showed me the problem with tire, gave me the best deal on new tires, and went the extra mile to see if we needed an alignment. Great experience!

Shout-out to Dillion (I believe that’s his name). My phone was down for a few hours so wasn’t able to know my car was ready until 10 min before closing. My wife was running errands and I didn’t have a way to pick up my car prior to closing. Dillion offered to pick me up (I live 3 miles away) so I could grab my car. That is great Service to help a customer by going out of his way so I could grab my vehicle. That’s why I enjoy this Big O

Great staff, very reasonable prices

I was really impressed with the amount of time taken to service my vehicle. The associate was kind and described everything that needed to happen. He was proficient and worked hard while we (my kids and I) sat in the car. I would highly recommend Big O.
