This is my favorite Big O Tires location! They are honest and up front about what my cars need, but they are not pushy like other places I've been. They are also very honest about how and what they charge you for, and they don't overcharge you for every little thing. I've had a couple of times that I've had something puncture my tire and they've patched it up for free. I also had an experience where I needed a small service done on a car and I called another company and they were going to charge me $40 for something that this Big O Tires did for free! They take good care of you, especially at the Layton location!

I had a nail in my tire I called there was no waiting I was in and out in less than 30 minutes road hazard coverage cover the repair no cost to me. This is part of why I get my tires at Big O and Ian store owner/operator is terrific.

The team helped me with a run flat tire in a pinch. Your team did an outstanding job and very timely manner.

I was able to get in right away with no appointment needed. The pricing was very fair, and communicated clearly and with no deception that is often found at auto shops. Issues that were found were clearly communicated to me and were given in order of priority for repair, with costs included, so I can plan future services accordingly. Staff were friendly, professional, and honest.

Ian made sure I did not leave the store until the issue with my vehicle was solved. It took a bit of troubleshooting and the better part of the day, but he personally drove my vehicle and found the issue...an issue which if it had not been addressed could have been catastrophic. He even took the time to educate me about the problem, and showed me the wear on the part that had to be replaced. Thank you, Ian!
