Synthethic Oil change was more than the dealership would have been but we took to rotate tires for free since we bought them there. Won't do oil there again! Rotation was fine.

First off Moses was very helpful in going the extra mile to help me find the wheels that I would like. Then I had specific tires I wanted and he helped me find those as well. On the day of my service Dillan was super helpful in walking me through each part of the service. He even had special lug nuts brought from a different store because I didn’t want the ones they had in stock at their current store. Overall, very happy with my visit

Ian was very helpful figuring out what has been wrong with my car. I have been to a few other big o tires and Ian was the first to bring up needing a specific tool to fix the issue. Even though we figured out I will end up needing a new motor Ian took his time with me and my car to really figure out what was going on. I appreciate all the hard work and time Ian and his staff took to work on my car. Even though the out come on my car is crappy, I had a great experience.

I keep coming back because of the knowledge of the mechanics and quality and honesty of the workmanship. However, the customer service at the desk leaves something to be desired with one individual in particular. I won't leave specific names, however, this person just needs help with asking good questions and giving customers expectations. In addition, I left my car there throughout the day and eventually I called around 230pm after receiving no news. This specific service rep told me the car had been done that morning not long after I dropped it off, but no one ever called.

Always such a wonderful and pleasant experience whenever I visit this location. Everybody from the counter staff to the mechanics/techs are nice and provided amazing customer service! This is the only place/location I honestly trust with my vehicles.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff

I drive a lowered vehicle and the technician that took it for a test drive after the work was finished did not drive it with the best care. My vehicle scrapped going out of the driveway and also scrapped the cement as it was parked. I notified the salesman of what happened. He offered to look at it and make sure there was no damage done. He also promised to inform the driver to be more careful. Overall I was satisfied with my service.

Ian was totally upfront with us regarding the needs of our truck- we will only take our vehicles to Big O.

Store opened on time but no one was ready to help customers. Saturday morning was busy and only one person at front greeting, assisting customers and answering phone.

WE were just passing through town in our small motorhome and had spent the night at Hill AFB. In the morning we noticed one of our tires was nearly flat and had a piece of metal embedded in a tire. We called Big O Tires and they said to come over. They were able to fix the tire with no wait time for us and then when all was done they told us there was no charge...........that tire repairs are free. Even though they knew we were just passing thru town and would not be able to purchase tires or other service in the future, they still said it was no charge. Needless to say, I was shocked.

It was the first snow storm of the year so it was super busy. I called Dillon he said that they didn't have the tire I needed in stock but said that he would get it the next day. I was able to dropped off my vehicle that night and they had installed my new tires and it was ready for me the next morning. The price that I was charged was even better then the price that I was quoted.
