Big O Tires

Everyone was very nice and helpful.

They did everything I needed quickly BUT they mixed up my mileage with my husbands van that we brought at the same time. My Subaru had 42,725.

Had my tire patched without an appointment and for free! Amazing and so thankful in that respect but woman behind counter stated my license plate number listed my vehicle as another model; when I got home I saw she had recorded my plate number incorrectly. Not a big deal but maybe she should double check herself before stating the DMV system is the issue

It took along time- 4 hours to put on new tires and do an alignment, that being said they did the alignment for free Good prices on tires

Great service and very professional! Finished work on time and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!

Overall, my experience was a good one, but the fact is that I had to come in to this location 3 times for the same problem. I don't know if they were rushing or were just talking the easiest route the first two times, but by my third visit they were done faster than either of the previous two visits and the problem was fixed right

Great service

I was sick, had called the day before to see what time I should come in. I was there but it took forever just to get my tired rotated. They finished after over an hour because I saw them drive it out. They did NOT notify me for another 30 minutes. I was to sick to even say anything. They didn't even give me any receipt, just my keys and apologize for the LONG wait.

They worked with me on my balance so I was able to take my car home. That was a big plus. Their customer service was outstanding.

I was told that you had the correct tires when I called, but you didn't. Turns out you had the correct tires from a special order last week, because the customers didn't pick them up.

This is a very well run Big O Tire store. They are always on the ball and I feel like I have gotten great service. Definitely a significant step above other local tire stores.

I had an 8am appointment but no one showed up to open the store and fire up the computers. I made the early appointment so I could get to work, but I didn't leave the store until 830 anyway. Additionally, I made the appointment to get the serpentine belt checked and replaced if necessary but the person qualified to do that didn't show up until later anyway. I had intended to wait for my car but couldn't because of this. At lunch, they called and told me they couldn't replicate the squeaking so I went over and fired my car up and talked to the technician who popped the hood and immediately found the problem. I feel like no one even looked at anything inside the hood or at least not a qualified person. I've had good experiences in the past so I'll be back, but not if things like this keep happening.
