Great guys. Very helpful. I do think when someone says they saw a coupon it should be honored. Especially when we mention the exact mailer and discount in the mailer.

The sales associates were extremely helpful and friendly. We will be coming here from now on!

Front desk woman was very polite and helpful.

They took the time to explain things and what they were going to do with the truck. Best of all they would come to me. The whole process what effortless.

They ordered my tires and installed them the next morning. They installed the wrong tires and I had to come back in the late afternoon to have the right tires installed.

Well first, welcome back Jordan (not spelled correctly). She was amazing before and she did not disappoint on Saturday. She knew exactly what we needed, took care of it and we were out the door! Great service. We had a second fellow help us when we can back for a tire check and he was wonderful as well but I'm not sure of his name. Great service at this location.

I thought 20.00 is too much to mount and balance a tire I carried in. Competitors are generally $12.00-$13.00

Everyone that works at this store goes out of their way to make you happy and provide excellent service and customer service. We have been loyal customers when we lived in west Jordan and now live in Syracuse Utah. We always get our tires and rotations and oil changes. All in all a great business to venture to. Thanks!

Ian and the folks at the service desk are friendly and nice to work with. Ian was friendly and honest. He informed me of the potential cost of repairs and options. He also took a second look at my alignment with no questions asked to make sure I was satisfied. Overall good experience.

They are very nice people!

The price was great on the tires, but it took 2.5 hours to mount and balance the set of four tires. They kept moving other vehicles in front of ours in the line. Not very happy to see other customers come in after us and leave well before us, and it was made worse by the fact that we had an appointment.

I called and I was pleasantly surprised to Talk to Ian, the owner. He set up the oil change appointment with no problems. I told him I also needed a tire rotation and then I asked him how much? He said 35.50. I had to repeat the price to him just make sure I heard it right. I was so surprised that the price was so amazingly low. I found out later on that he gave me a discount. This is want happens when a company cares about their customers. I was happy to see Jordyn the cashier and she checked me in. I only waited for at least 20 minutes, which was not long at all. I definitely do recommend this Big O Tire store to anyone I know.

It makes it very confusing for customers when u have different rules for each store. Everyone should be willing to go out there way to provide excellent service . The Ogden store on Harrison does a much better job at this.

I've been to this location on various occasions and have had an amazing experience each and every time. The staff is wonderful, the business is clean and the quality of their work is superior.

I was told it would take an hour. When I returned after 45 minutes, it still took over an hour and I was told it was due to being short handed. I did watch as two guys working together spent a lot of time standing around and talking. I pointed it out to the guy in the office and he said that the one doing the most talking was a part timer. They did a great job when they got to my truck though.

The service was quick and easy. The employees at the front desk were quick and polite. I will be back for my other vehicles tires when they are due.

I came in and bought 4 brand new tires. The techs took old tires off and put new tires on. In the process they damaged my wheel hub. So 2 my lug bolts would not go back in. Had to replace hub, but Big O did cut a check and pay for part. It shouldn't have happened to begin with if tech would have been more careful putting lug bolts back on. They don't get stripped taking off they get stripped putting on.

I appreciate my Big-O store. They're always up front with me. On this visit I had some specific instructions regarding replacing a wheel. They did exactly as I asked. Having an automotive service history myself, I appreciated that they brought out a printout of the current state of my car's wheel alignment, so I could see the before and after of what was adjusted. They always do a great job. They are thorough and pay attention to detail.

I was surprised when I was charged extra because I didn't pay in cash. The sign stating non cash payments will be charged extra wasn't that visible and I was told I would be charged extra when I was paying after services are completed

The customer service was really great. They helped me approved with the amount I needed to purchase the tires for my vehicle. I will be returning!
