I had a slow leak in my tire, which other service centers had failed to find. Big O was able to find the leak and repair it. But what is more, I had a coupon that I got in the mail for a free flat tire repair. At first I felt guilty for just going in for free service, so I called the store and they strongly encouraged me to come in, and they were more than happy to fix it for free! Great, friendly, expert service, and complementary! Thank you! We have bought tires at the Layton Big O store before, and I'm sure we will again!

Jordyn was very helpful and I appreciated her help very much. However, I watched one of the technicians break the sensor band on one of my rims. When I addressed the issue with him he was very rude and told me it was already broke. When I said I watched him break it and how it was broke he said "NO I didn't" very rudely and walked away. This will cause us to pay another $60 for an item he broke.

The female associate that works the front desk is remarkably personable yet still extremely knowledgeable and efficient. No one likes getting oil changes so a little humor and friendliness goes a long way to take the edge off. Great job

I have been a customer of Discount Tire for over 10 years. I selected Big O Tires this time because you had the tires I needed in the time I needed them. I was disappointed with the long wait, and especially the nearly $15 fee for using my debit card. When challenging the employee helping me, and reminding them that I have taken my business elsewhere in the past, this did not matter. Discount Tire is always fair and honest. They do not charge me extra fees at checkout, or that are unnecessary. I am not sure at this point if I will consider your establishment for future tire needs.

Price was much better than expected. Techs completed all service requests quickly and better than expected. Will return to this store!

Almost everything that was done was not fixed properly

Tried to tell me that something was worn but just had a dealer visit the week before for service and nothing was said to me then about the problem.

Moises was great to work with at the beginning. I later called and spoke to Ian about the pricing as Discount was a bit lower. He was able to adjust the pricing and get me a comparable price. Jordyn was nothing but great when I picked it up and helped make sure everything was correct. Thanks!

Instead of just handing me the keys when done, it would be nice if they would explain what was wrong with my tires. I shouldn't have to ask. Also, there is a time and a place for vaping, it's not while working on my car.

Front office and shop staff were very friendly and highly skilled. Most professional business I have ever been in. Great job!!!

Waited for 2 hours for the technicians to tell me they had to order my car part from Salt Lake City. The issue was that my sensor was not reading correctly for how much coolant was being sent to my engine. The "manager"� assured me he would deduct the $55 inspection fee for my car since I had waited for a while. The following day I returned and they had told me they had ordered the incorrect part and they had to go pick up a new one. 1.5 hours later they were finished- when I got my receipt, they had not deducted the $55 like I had been told. I got in my car and the next day, it was giving me the same issue I took my car in for, saying my coolant was low even though I was told they had put additional coolant in and that they had fixed the problem. $255 was wasted and I am very disappointed in my service. I will not be returning to Big O Tires.

I came in for a regular oil change and tire rotation. There are several places between my home and Big O that I could go to, but Ian and his team have won me as a lifelong customer. Keep up the good, honest and fair work.

Because of inept device, I have to spend 3 days at Big-O just trying to replace a tire that had a nail in it. I've usually had good service here, so I don't know what the problem is, but it's been a huge waste of my time this week.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The technician didn't change the oil plug seal. It began leaking oil by the time I got home. I went elsewhere to get it fixed. I talked to the customer service guy about my car stuttering on acceleration. He said I needed new spark plug wires. My car doesn't have plug wires. Plugs connect direct to coil. I've taken my cars to Big O in South Ogden for years. They have record of all servicing done for that time. Your guy said it was possible to access that information but it took too much time to bother with it. I'm so displeased with my experience at the Layton Big O that I don't want to go back to fix oil leak and definitely won't trust my car to the people there.

This is the best big O they are always giving 100%. I will always highly recommend them to everyone. Best team and people always honest.
