Big O Tires

They quotes us $520 and told us 2 hours to change the altinator. 5 hours later still wasn't done and ended up costing us $660. They worked on other cars and put our van on hold cause it was faster to get theirs done instead of just finishing ours. We got in at 10:30 am and they weren't busy and got us right in. Wouldn't of been bad waiting if they kept us informed and didnt put us on hold to sell more tires. We were out of town and still had a 3 hour drive home. Wasn't happy with such a big price difference either.

They fixed the tire that had a screw in it. I had purchased the tire from Big O and they repaired the flat at no cost.

First they never called me when my tires were in, I had to call them only to find out the tires had been there for 4 days. I was in desperate need of these as mine were bald and we got 2 snow storms during the time I was waiting. I then went in to get the tires put on my car and it took 2 1/2 hours. I was told they were busy and it would only take MAYBE an hour and a half tops.. they didn't update me on why it was taking so long. Finally, they were done and I had to race across town because I was late grabbing my kids from school. I arrived there at 3:00 thinking this was plenty of time before I had to get my kids at 6. Very disappointed.

The girl was so sweet that took my tire order she let me know what I needed and got me out in time to get to my next appointment

Fluid levels were checked when they changed the oil, but didn't add any washer fluid or anti freeze.

Didn't have the product I needed but went out of their way to help me find it elsewhere and then was willing to install them when I got them.

I was charged an additional $18 to use a credit card. I called the store and was given an 'out the door' quote over the phone. When my tires were rung up my total was $18 more because I wasn't using cash. A cash price was never mentioned until that point. For particular reasons I had to use my credit card. I have never been charged more to swipe a credit card. Isn't that just the price you pay to do business? I came to Big O Tires after much research because it was the best price. I won't be back.

They went out of their way to help me get what I needed. They got their manager when needed without me asking and they helped me to get what I needed for my car. They were very friendly and very eager to make sure I was taken care of.

I will be bringing my car back in for a 4th or 5th time for the same thing.

We trust our cars to Big O. They consistently do amazing repairs at reasonable prices.

I paid for my tires to be balanced, and they weren't... Or they were balanced very poorly as the car was almost un-drivable afterwards. I had to take it to Jiffy lube to get it rebalanced during my lunch

Diagnosed the problems gave me options and together decided upon best direction. Fixed the problems and planned for future repairs.

Made appointment several days ahead for balance and alignment sat in cold waiting room for 1 hour then ask the man in charge how much longer he replied in 20 more minutes we can put your car on rack. There was lots of chit chat going on in front finally the red truck was finished and chatting stopped our car was finally done in 2 hours at that point I was angry afraid I would regret saying something I would regret but I did say we wouldn't be back and left after paying for service. Man in charge came to us and apologized it wasn't his fault Moses didn't tell him we had appointment. We felt that he blamed an employee when he was the man in charge and should have known what was going on instead of visiting in front office. He asked what he could do to retain our business not offering anything was to angry to reply. We have used Big O in other cities in Utah and Grand Junction CO for 30 years now looking for another place to do our service

The people made a difference. They were friendly and helpful. That’s the biggest reason why I have returned to Big O for many years.

I deployed and went by to get my car checked up to make sure everything is good to go for my day to day use. Was highly satisfied on how fast and well the job was done.

Ian made every effort to accommodate me even though things were super busy. He definitely went the extra mile!

Appreciated that the vending machines take credit card. Beside that, the venue I visited in Layton, was extreamly clean and the personnel help me as soon as possible. Again, thank you for a great service.
