Great service

I am managing a fleet of vehicles and have found your people consistently helpful and willing to address our needs. They have been respectful to our missionaries and good to work with me to understand vehicle issues. Their invoices are always correct with vehicle Vin and mileage and a clear accounting of work performed. We have never experienced an issue where the work was unreliable or done incorrectly.

Everything went smoothly and the customer service was fantastic. The only issue I had was related to a new employee not being as efficient in cleaning up some oil spilled in my engine shroud that had spilled, which caused me to believe I had a oil leak, which I didn't upon further inspection.

They were incredibly kind and knowledgable! Doing everything they could to make sure I got what I needed and could afford it.I have four kids that are young, loud, and full of energy. The guys there were super sweet and understanding about my kids. The experience will definitely keep me going there!

Both the representative and mechanic working on my vehicle were thorough in explaining the repairs and cost of new parts. They described in detail the specifics of what was to be done and even let me know of current discounts occuring that I could add to my purchase. Overall, it was a good quality service.

I don't know what your rating numbers are1,2,3,4,5��But the service I received was excellent. I gave a #5 for all as being the best. I can only assume that a #1 was poor service. The numbers make no sense but the service is without question the very best.

Super service and friendly staff. The complimentary alignment check was appreciated to keep my new tires wearing properly. Although my Honda usually requires new trailing arms to adjust camber, the tech was able to get nearly all components to come to spec. Super impressed!

I showed up early for my scheduled alignment, they got Me right in. My lifted Tacoma is difficult to align, takes time and patience to get the caster, camber, and steering wheel all correct. I have done it myself when I had a shop with alignment rack. This alignment is perfect. Drives straight, doesn't follow crown, doesn't pull when you brake, doesn't wander. Absolute phenomenal alignment, I spoke with the tech and could tell he took the time. Would reccomend to all my friends for alignments!

Their pricing was very fair. I am received great value for what I paid. Much better than the average garage.
