Big O Tires

Here's the deal.... I've battled my Tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS system) in my Honda Oddesy for the past 4 years of owning it. I've told other tire shops about my need to consonantly fill the tires, but they never offered a solution. Winter was the worst.. When the TPMS would be lit up, It would disable my traction control disable button. In the winter, sometimes you need to turn traction control off, to let the tires slip, to displace a bit of snow, to get down to the asphalt where the tires will "bite". Ian, the owner of the Big-O overhear my grievance, said he had a perfect solution. You hit the corroded part of the rim beads with a little wire-wheel brush, and whoa-la!! your tires hold air again. Sure enough, I haven't had my dreaded tire-lite come on since. This has also given me better wear. I'll drive out of my way to get to this store.

The staff was super friendly. The only thing I wish they did was spend more time letting me know what ply the tires were I was buying. They were trailer tires and the only answer I got was "they are either 8 or 10 ply"�. I wanted to know specifically and didn't get the answer.

I have only great things to say about this location! I had a very stubborn vehicle that fought the technicians and required multiple parts to be replaced. Ean the owner helped me understand the process and complications. He insured I got the parts I needed at the right price and stayed late to make sure my alignment was right and my vehicle was ready to hit the road. The customer service was amazing and I was well informed every step of the way.

This is the only shop I will go to. The guys are great no complaints.

Moises was so clear and explaining what he wanted to do. I had been in previously and something had not been corrected the way we hoped it would. He got my car in immediately to make sure that the problem was taken care of.

They were honest. I asked for an oil change, and it turned out it was not needed. They explained it to me and saved me money.

The service was amazing I had two guys help and explain everything super well and helped ordered me a new rim and offered to replace it free of charge just having me pay the cost of the rim. They were very helpful at explaining everything so I understood what they were talking about and what else was wrong with my car. I would highly recommend this store! The people are amazing and it didn’t take long to change my tires and they were all super friendly and helpful!

Service was quick, didn't have to wait long. They were very professional.

The employees were pleasent...the waiting room was well supplied with beverages and a TV...I was kept informed of the progress...the warentee was honored...restroom clean...
