Great friendly service. I didn't have to wait long at all. Our car was taken back to the garage within five minutes of arriving.

They are a great, honest group of people who cares and knows what they are doing when it's about your vehicle specially your tires.

I brought my daughters car in for a flat tire repair on the drivers side rear tire. This tire had been patched just a couple of weeks ago at the Logan Big O. The patch had not lasted and the tire went flat again. While they were about to put the tire back on the car they noticed that the rotar was broken and would not let us leave until it was replaced. My sons were planning to replace the brake rotars and pads that afternoon, but they still wouldn't let us leave. After some frustration on both sides they offered to lend us a car to go and pick up the brakes and rotars we had at the house and also offered to install both rear ones for half the labor costs. When we got back with the parts they already had the car up and ready to go. They installed the parts quickly and when they were done they waived the labor costs and sent us on our way. I appreciate the kindness and concern for our safety. They went above and beyond to work with us.

I love Big O, I'm always treated very nicely. Everyone is always very helpful and I never feel like I'm getting ripped off like I do when I go to some other places. I will never go anywhere else!

I came in with arattle they found the problem fixed it and the problem it caused, warrantied the parts and got me back on the road. it was a more extensive problem.

Ian and group were amazing and very thorough in explaining and performing the work on my vehicle. I'll be back!

My wife and I needed to get the tires changed from winter to year round. When we arrived the gentleman was nice and made sure to explain what he was going to do. It is nerve racking trusting people with your car but I have been to big O tires a lot and they have never failed to do a great job. I highly recommend the tire shop in layton because they do a great job and with a smile on their face. Another thing that we love about them is their pricing is perfect. It is not to expensive to get the work done! We love them!!

Mathew is exceptionally good at his job, very professional and explained what was going on with my vehicle and not to worry. After they fixed the steering and suspension issue on my GMC overnight I knew I had to bring my 2 other vehicles to get serviced here. They are very fast and very professional. Always up front and friendly. Does quality work

Due to the closure of the Big O Tire in Riverton, WY, when I needed to change out my winter tires, I had to have it done by a local tire shop in Lander, WY. I then drove to Layton, UT to see my son and his family. I experienced significant vibration when I got up yo highway speeds. I took my truck into the nearest Big O shop in Layton. I received a friendly greeting and they balanced my tires quickly and now my truck rides as smooth as the day I bought it. We will drive to Layton to that Big O Tire the next time we need tires for any of our vehicles, Very satisfied.

I checked with 6 different tire stores and none of them had tires in stock except Big O. Everyone else was 2-8 days out. They also didn’t try to upswell me. They had quality tires that - whole weren’t the very cheapest - are great value for the money.

Even though the appointment I booked online was not showing in the system, they still got me right in. I was only waiting for about 30 min for a tire rotation and balance. Most other places I've gone for the same service with an appointment has taken an hour or more.
