Needed a second opinion on a wheel alignment check. Diagnosed it very quickly and alignment was finished within 20 minutes after that. Very happy as well with the 1-year alignment service plan, because Utah roads are atrocious.

I have been a customer at your location for the last five years and I have always received incredible service. Mathew is who I would consider your top employee there. He is highly knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to take care of his customers. He researched out and helped me select the appropriately sized wheels and tires I needed for my truck. He kept me apprised of the process 100% of the time, I never had to follow up with him about the status of the job. His exemplary customer service and positive attitude makes me feel like a highly valued customer every time I come in. Please recognize Mathew for his incredible talent and skill set. He is deserving of a promotion, a bonus and a formal plaque. People like him are impossible to find in the workplace and he is most certainly an asset to your location.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful group of people. Mechanics are very thorough, staff is friendly and honest. Just bought my car, even after taking it to a different place (paid service), the problem continued. These guys fixed it and didn't charge just because of the tires being Big O Tires.

This is the second time in a year my low pressure light has signaled my tires needed help. Both times when I stopped in needing immediate service, I was greeted with a smile and given very prompt and competent service. I highly recommend the Layton Big O location.

I’ve been to get tires only at one other place and they totally tried to scam me (different car, very old) and I do think it has to do with the fact that I’m a young woman. I was so happy with how I was treated by Moises and mathew, they were genuinely nice and helpful and wanted to make sure my car was safe for me and even explained some of my worries about my tires. They treated me just like the men before or after me, no difference PLUS they were such great communicators. The team got things done super fast and it was sweet to see the seat protector and know they really valued keeping my car in nice condition even if they were doing tires and alignment and nothing on the inside.

Customer service was outstanding. They went over and above! Ian Ashcroft answered all my questions and helped me pick the right custom tire for my 4X4. It's nice to be treated decent and with respect. Kudos!

I go to the clearfield store because of Moses. He has always taken care of what needed done. He's always taken the time to find the best deal on what I needed.

The customer service is outstanding as they have to deal with my Chinese wife who will haggle over everything, as that is her custom.
