During this scary time, Big O Tires helped me when I needed them! This store was amazing in every way! The way they treated me and the service they gave me, lets just say, I know if I had pulled in somewhere else that day, I wouldn't of got the help I did! Thank you to the West Valley 5600 w team for what you did for me and for being so kind!!! I will be forever grateful

I just came to this Big O Tires to get my brake pads changed after Jiffy Lube told me my brake pads were very thin. The man who helped me could have taken my $300 and replaced my brakes, but he instead informed me my brake pads were plenty thick and that I didnt need a change. He didn't make a buck today, but he will next time my vehicle needs maintenance!

The associate was able to do price match after he told us that the tire size requested was not correct, by suggesting another one more expensive however he resolve with price match.

Beto is a top notch employee . He is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional! I can count on him to explain everything to me “Barney” style with out making me feel like a child. If he is busy with other customers, I dont mind waiting for him to finish. I know he will take care of me!

We own a local RV, automobile & powersports service & repair shop however we do not offer tires or alignments so we have started to work with the Big O tire in West Valley UT. From the 1st time I reached out to Pablo as the Store Manager he has been amazing to work with we have sent several of our customer for tires & alignments to West Valley Big O. We have also have taken in our personal vehicles to have tires replaced and alignments done on 4 different vehicles in the short time frame of 3 months each time Pablo has been wonderful to wok with. Scheduling online was very convenient. The associate who helped me (Hispanic female) was very friendly and even made sure to call me by my preferred name. I go by my middle name. Service was completed very quickly.

Liked dealing with Omar. Highly recommend and will ask for Omar next time I need something. My tires were changed right away with no long wait.

This service was replacement of power steering system (pump and hoses) on a PT Cruiser. Big-O completed the work quickly and bill was lower than their estimate.

Caught a huge screw in my truck tire while at the landfill. Was pulling a rented trailer. I pulled into this Big o in West Valley and received the most amazing service! They repaired my flat tire and I didn't even have to drop the trailer. They were quick, polite, and and didn't even charge me!! Thank you!

I’m always nervous when going to places I’m not easily familiar with. Thankfully as soon as I walked in I was greeted by someone who genuinely seemed ready to help. I informed them of my appointment & they went over what I requested online & I also mentioned that I noticed a leak coming from my oil. The representative said it was no problem for them to look into it. They informed me of the wait time & once it was complete they went over where my leak was coming from & it was an easy fix.
