my wife took our 2010 car into the shop on 5600 west 3300 south, she was told that the shocks were bad, I just replaced them about 2 months ago, and they said the back tires were bad, my wife said we bought them from you guys, she said no response, this was not a good visit.

The absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. The sales representative was arrogant self righteous person I have ever meet. They repaired my tires with patches on the side wall. Which is very unsafe. I got not even 2 miles down the road my tires where flat again. I had to go somewhere else to buy new tires. And on top of that I bought the tire warranty and they refused to replace my unsafe tires.

I could tell my sway bar was loose or broken. Took it in to get it fixed. They were totally honest which I really appreciate. It was just loose. They tightened it and fixed my clanking noise then called me to come pick up with no charge. Very pleased at their honesty!

I took my 2007 Ford E-350 van in to have the Bushings replaced on my front sway bar. I was told that they put on the best ones that they can get. Well they were not the best ones. Because after one year the one side went bad and popped out. So I took it to another Big-O store and they told me what the knocking noise was under my van it was the sway bar bushing it had popped out. I told them I just replaced them not to long ago. And the store told me that bushings should last forever. This having a warranty. So I take the van back to the west valley store that originally did the work. They said they would take care of me. I asked them, so this is under warranty. They say yes because we put in only the best parts we can get. It will be covered under warranty. After that they bring out the old bushing and show it to me, you see the problem is that this bushing has no metal casing around it like the new one. This one is not worth the money. Then when they are done with everything and I go up to get my paper work they say that I would have to pay 77.00 labor. What a rip. You put in lousy parts and they fail then I should not have to pay anything . I want my money back.

Everything went as planned except is the misunderstanding of 30 to 40 minutes actually works out to be a little over an hour, haha. but it's no different than what happens anywhere you go and they tell you it's only going to take 30 minutes, I must have missed that in school. No biggy, it was all good. Now if you would like me to tell you about the waiting area with the parents and their loud obnoxious kids running around screaming, well let's just say there isn't enough room here to tell, hahaha Though I am still totally satisfied with Big O Tires, just not people and their kids hahahaha

I have had to replace the rack and pinon on my 2005 dodge. The year of 2014 in march it was working good and the in July or August of 2014 it was leaking and had replace again. The year 2017 in January it was leaking very bad had it replace again had to pay for labor thats ok the part was under warranty I understand that. Was not impressed with service. They did not clean any of the fluids that leaked.

They told me what was exactly wrong with the vehicle, and didn't try to reap me off because i knew in advance what was wrong with it.

My recent experience with the routine maintenance on my 2012 tundra was a negative one... My complaints are aimed at the mechanics not the sales managers who have treated me well for years and have always taken care of my needs in a timely, honest and friendly manner. I took the tundra in for routine maintenance on 14 March 18 then drove it home and parked it til I needed it the next day. As I drove away from home in the rain on the the 15th I thought I heard a metallic dragging type of noise, so I pulled into a parking lot to check it out. I found the front rock shield under the truck to be missing four of the six fasteners that hold this shield in place and attaches it to the front bumper. So I got a piece of rope and secured the shield in place then drove to the Big O on 3500 so and 5600 w. where I got my service and explained the issue to the sales manager who quickly got my vehicles problem taken care. When the mechanic was done he said all the fasteners had been installed... so I told the sales manager we should look and make sure. In the wet parking lot we noted that the two fasteners that attach the rock shield to the bumper was still missing. So the sales manager tried to find something that would work but in the end I told him I would take care of this part myself since the shield overall seemed pretty solid. He even offed to buy the parts from toyota himself or reimburse me for the parts if I bought them...that's good customer service. Anyway I drove home and since my driveway was dry now I crawled up the Tundra to check the rear bolts that help hold this shield in place and only one had been installed so the mechanic only put in One of the "missing" Fasteners... If this shield had actually got hung up on the road etc significant damage could have occurred- I wonder if the mechanic even cares! Note: the high ratings reflect the efforts of the sales manager the low rating reflects the effort of the mechanic

I sat in your waiting room for an hour and my car NEVER got pulled in to the shop. When I got upset, I was confronted with attitude grin the guy with long grey hair at the front desk. Apparently he is only required to be courteous if he is the one that checked you in. People that arrived AFTER me were having their cars worked on and I was treated like I was is the wrong for being upset. I was a repeat customer for years. Never coming back again!

Kind of rough greeting. Good job on the oil change EXCEPT I got in my car and there was GREASE all over! My door handle inside and out. I had a brand new steering wheel cover and it was covered in grease. My middle console had a FOOT print on it and the radio was turned on and up loud. WOW, not impressed with how they cared for MY car
