Big O Tires

I have used this Big O for all of my automotive needs.Only complaint - I keep the interior of my truck very clean and the mechanics(s) left greasy smudges on the upholstery.

Service was fast and they had what I wanted the next day. Setting the appointment online was easy and I was only there 45 mins tops.

Super fast item in tire repair.They got me in and out fast.

Waiting time was less then minimal compared to others.

I use them for most of my recommended maintenance. Always honest, knowledgeable and friendly.

Easy to drop off cars and truck and got them back at the time it was promised

I have been coming to Big O for about 8 years now, Darren McAndels has been the lead in most of my work done there, he is honest, forthright, and easy to talk to, its hard to find a trustworthy person, then when he tells you something needs to be done, it ACTUALLY needs to be done, He also invites me to see the worn or broken part BEFORE the work is done On numerous occasions he has told me things to watch, that eventually they would need to be fixed but at some point in the future. When my wife goes in without me, its the same story, I never need to worry about unneeded work being done simply to make your company more money Bill Fitch

Lily was very helpful during my appointment. She answered all my questions and provided me transportation to and from my home while I waited for my car to get worked on. I like to be involved in the repairs and she made me feel involved when explained everything.

Went in a week ago and they helped me choose some new tires for my Toyota Tundra. The Big O Big foot tire is perfect for my needs, I am very happy with this choice.

Vehicle had 50k miles so needed brake inspection. Inspection showed alignment needed done. Price quoted up front was price charged.

I have been going to Big O for some years now and Darren McAndles has handled most of my servicing, he has never led me wrong or into something I didnt need, and he has always been willing to explain each procedure and why its needed or to let me know when some problem would need to be fixed in the future

Setting up the appointment was easy. then the check in was very a friendly experience and very well explained to me. I was told it would be about 45 min or so, so I walked to the corner and got a quick breakfast and when I returned 25 minutes later, my new tires were installed. This has been the fastest and best experience I have had with Big O. I am very satisfied with my experience and will bring all my future business to this location.
