Richard clawson is the best diagnostician and a very honest mechanic. I know that whenever I bring my van into big o tires that these guys will do an excellent job and charge me a very fair price. I appreciate honesty and ethics thst your shop offers me.

Went in to purchase a new tire they were quick and very friendly. Every time I have come in to this location they are on top of it!!

I called and spoke with Darin concerning my dilemma, which was a bent wheel, just before a road trip. He looked for wheels and tires that would fit my vehicle and recommended an alignment. We made an appointment, brought it in, picked it up within two hours. Although no one enjoys dropping thousands of dollars right before a trip, this was necessary and Darin along with Big O made it OK.

So many cUstomers we werepractically tripping over each other.Even though they were packed they got my brake inspection showing my brakes were 10 percent remaining within a few minutes and brought cars brakes back to 100 percent in 90 minutes.

I like the customer service and communication was good and very understanding for me, someone that don’t know much about wheels etc.

I dropped in without an appointment for an emissions and safety inspection, and despite being very busy already the staff had me in and out in 45 minutes!

We've been going to Big O for almost at long as we've lived in our house which is almost a decade. We plan on many more. They've taken great care of us.

You honestly get what you pay for. But they did a job well done and I will highly recommend this store to anyone who needs an oil change or anything.

I usually go to the Layton Big O Tires location, however they were closed on Monday, 25 July without any signage on their door. The West Valley location truly went above and beyond to take care of me. They repaired a flat, rotated my tires and replaced a missing lug nut cover on my VW Jetta. All of the gentlemen there were courteous, friendly and helpful even though they were slammed with a very high volume of customers. This was the highest standard of service I have ever received from a tire shop and it was incredible. Thank you so much!

I met Pavlo at the counter to have a slow week repaired on my vehicle,  He was cheerful and nice. He explained he would get my car checked and let me know what he could do to help me. after a short wait in the waiting room he came to me to tell me that the tire was repaired. He also informed me that they checked my oil and found that there was no indication on the dip stick. Pavlo suggested an oil change to keep my care safe from repair. I had no Idea that my oil was that low and they took the time to check it out on my car. I told them I could change my cars oil. When I got home I found out that not only did they cleaned the outside of the tire that was repaired but also they cleaned and put a nice shiny cleaner on the rest of my tires. The made my tires look great and like new. What Great Service!!! I was out in less then 1/2 hour knowing that my car had problems repaired and what was need to make my care safe. Great Job ! My experience at Big O is always good. Everyone is always friendly and takes care of my needs quickly.

The times we’ve been here has always been easy going and the customer service is awesome! These guys really know what they’re doing and do it with a smile. I won’t be going anywhere else for new tires or flats!

Big O Tire employees where very helpful and informative. As soon as I came into the store, the greeted me with smiles. They asked me for the reason of my visit. I informed them about my flat tire appointment. They explained the process and asked me where I’d had happened. I informed them about my situation and they explained the process of repairing my tire. As soon as they finished with my vehicle, they explained their findings and repairs, and then I was on my way to work. Although there many customers that day, service only took them approximately 20 mins! And I loved it! Definitely coming back!
