I do hope Mr Kent Coleman gets to read this, I am upset to hear that a place I have used in the past has certain individuals that would sooner upset customers then explain to them the reasons for the problems with there vehicles I myself am a retired mechanic with a back ground in management as well and I never in all my years used that kind of tactic instead in most case,s I gave the customer an explanation of repaires they understood before leaveing my Daughter was not treated that way at all so I am just letting you know that I and my family will not be using your shop in the future I do hop you understand take care

Darin and his guys are always so nice and friendly. They don’t over sell you something but tell you what would be good for your vehicle.

After making an appt and taking my car in early , I still had to wait for three hours. I could not understand Omar on the phone who was telling me I needed to buy more lug nuts. I went down to the store got my car paid the 572. something got home and noticed the technicians( I use the term loosely) put a impact wrench to my decorative lug nut caps and lost one , and cracked my hubcap? I took it back and Omar said I have your number I call you I get you one still haven't heard a word. Not only will I never return I will let all my friends know!

Dissatisfied that they do not communicate with the customers on how long the services will take. After taking the car immediately after arrival and being the second person in store, 1.5 hours later and they still need another 35+ minutes to fix. Don't go here. That's that. Get your boys to work. Fuck this place. I rather go to my regular spot. Never had I ever had to wait 2 hours.

I always go there, this time we took my husband’s car and as usual we were very satisfied with the service. Pablo and Omar always great people to talk to there. Thumbs up 👍🏼

They took to long, didn't give me a time frame. Took my car back immediately, after 1.5 hours of waiting they needed Another 35 minutes to do alignment. That is NOT timely at all and to top it there was nobody but one person here before us. Not recommending or coming back to this location. Get all your boys to work and quit watching dumb shit on the computer.

Great service and decent time with explanation through the process. Although the oil change was overpriced.

On 10/20 I took my car to get two new tires and the tire technician was careless / seemed like he was in a hurry and he damaged / scratched my left front rim and lost both of my valve stem caps which were from the factory. I called twice to speak with the owner and I left messages for him to call me back. "I'm waiting" I'm totally disappointed as a long time customer and will now take my business elsewhere. "BUYER BEWARE""

The staff is always friendly. They do more than just tires. They are very competitive in price and knowledgeable with what they do. I previously has a problem with a different vehicle that my normal service station could not fix. I was in at big-o doing my tires when I vented with my frustrations. They informed me they could look at the vehicle. They were able to troubleshoot and fix. Now I bring my vehicles here for all my needs first, not just tires and brakes. They have not disappointed yet.

I want to start out by saying, I am not one to give reviews in general especially negative reviews. After the past two experiences I've had with Big O Tires, I felt it was necessary. My first experience: My wife caught a drill bit in her tire, we went to get ithe repaired. It was beyond repair and needed replacing, which I figured anyway so no problem. Well after waiting for quite a while thenow looking outside and her vehicle had been done for who knows how long, we pay and leave the store. We get into her car and the ABS light and traction control light are still on. I go back in and ask the guy and he says the ABS line had been torn out by the drill bit...now wouldn't you think he would let me know that so I could just pay for it and be done? Instead I have to ask how much it will be, he says $130 plus tax. I ended up fixing it myself with a $28 part from Autozone. I let it go. Now, I was gifted some used tires and wheels, all I needed was the tires mounted on the wheels and balanced. Against my best judgement, I went to Big O Tire again. The guy at the desk, Alberto Robles, seemed irritated to deal with me from the start. I bet if I was buying new tires he would have been happy to help. He told me the price to mount and balance which was $5 more per tire than I was told on the phone. I decided $20 extra isnt bad. They got my truck in, they mounted and balanced the tires. Again...I saw my truck outside, they were just standing at the front but wouldn't call me. I did not want to bother Alberto again, since he was so happy to work with me the first time. Instead, I loitered near the counter for close to a half an hour before he whistled at me to get my attention. He told me they had to add a tire disposal fee of $12, I figured there would be hidden fees that came up at the end, so no big deal. I pay and get in my truck. Truck says, Tire Pressure Low. I walk back to the door, and it was locked, I knock and Alberto waves me to the side door. I explain the notice on the dash and he said it was because the rims I brought in didn't have tire pressure monitors. I told him they did. He said, "Oh yeah, they did, but not the right ones." I'm not a tire expert so I didn't argue. He said I could get tire pressure monitor sensors on the tires, but they would have to tear the tires back down add the sensors and remount them. I'd have to pay for the sensors as well as mounting and balancing all over again, but they couldn't do it because they were closing. I don't understand why they wouldn't tell me I needed new tire pressure monitor sensors while they had the tires separated anyway. I don't know if it's the worst scam I've ever heard of, or just plain laziness. I would think they would like to make sales and tell me about problems instead of just trying to get me out of there without fixing stuff. I'm glad I didnt just splurge for new tires like I was leaning towards. With the right customer service, I just may have. I don't think I can do much about it besides not going back, which makes me sad because I have had great experiences with Big O Tires in years passed. Very displeased and disappointed.

I had a very unpleasant and disappointing experience at a Big O Tire branch at 3557 S 5600 W. Two weeks earlier, I went to a Big O location at 3725 W 5400 S. to get a tire fixed due to a nail. No issues at that location. Nearly two weeks has gone by and one morning I noticed the same tire that had the nail in it was going flat again. I thought to myself it's best if I go to another Big O location since they couldn't get it right the first time. I decided to go to the 5600 W. location hoping for better results. The associate took my information but never set any expectations as to how long it would take. I figured about an hour or so. A little more than an hour had passed is when I noticed two different customers that came in AFTER me were already done. So I went to check on the status of my vehicle and asked the associate who helped me do you service customers on a first come first basis? He said yes, however there were already 5 customers ahead of you. I understand that, but he still couldn't tell me why the two different customers that came in AFTER me were already done. Prior to asking him, I asked another associate about the status because the associate who had originally helped me was assisting someone else. This associate that I asked said rudely, "who helped you, go ask him." As I stood in the waiting room, I can see in the service bay that they had finally got my car in which is about and hour and a half now. From the waiting room I can see the technician taking the wrong wheel off. I quickly notified them about the mistake. As I continued to look on from the waiting room, I literally timed how long it would take to get this done. It took them less than 10 minutes. After they fixed my tire, they told me there was something else wrong with the tire, but don't worry it's fixed now and you're good to go. Makes me wonder why the other location I went to initially never caught this "other" issue. So in a nutshell, Big O will always patch up your tires for free if you buy tires from them (which I did) but here is the caveat, paying customers will always take precedence over you.

Was a quick visit, in and out with in 30 minutes. Was very easy to schedule my appointment online and receive confirmation. I only wish all Big O Tires had this service. I live 30 miles away from this location, there is one located 5 miles from my house but they would not schedule me an appointment for a tire rotation.

You lost a customer by telling my wife calling 15 minutes to close and 5 minutes away that you wouldn't help her fix a simple patch on a flat tire. We have done a lot of business with you, but you got beat by Walmart! They were willing to stay late and help. You really dropped the ball! Congrats your worse than Walmart. I don't know that you could go lower than that. I guess all the tires I bought and service I had done previously meant nothing to you. I used to tell people how great you were, but this experience really frustrated. No one likes to stay a little late, but if you want to develop and keep customers you might look at going the extra mile.

Communication

When you take take your vehicle in to do a tire rotation from the tire you bought form them and you have to tell them how to rotate them the correct way. They didn't even check the tire presser or lug nuts after every time it gets frustrating. Taking my business else where.

Pablo is amazing & I scheduled my appointment the same day. He was quick, on the same page & was very helpful. Pep boys messed up and tried charging me $576 for installing tires I purchased online. Pablo got me in and out in 30 mins and was $500 less than pep boys. I’m directing everyone I know to visit Pablo
