Kent was great at ordering the replacement wheel and tire we needed from a blowout and doing it all by phone. We were able to make arrangements to exchange the old for the new locally so we didn't have to make the trip into the store.

Keith got my wife's Jeep in for an emissions test within five minutes of me getting there. Then when that was done, I asked if they could rotate the tires since I was there. Within another 8 minutes or so, they had it in the shop on a lift doing balance and rotation. They are soooooooo on the ball! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had an excellent experience! The team member who helped me explained several options to me for my problem. I felt like he was genuinely helping me get the best for my car and my budget. I got some very good tires installed at a great price. I have previously worked with Provo Big O but found the Spanish Fork team told me much clearer information about my alignment and other concerns (cracked control arm bushings and an out of spec camber arm). The waiting area was also exceptional with a big screen movie playing, very comfortable seats and water. It was a pleasure to wait. We will be traveling to Spanish Fork for tires and service from now on.
