I called to ask questions before I came in. Mac was very helpful and great to work with. Just make sure and ask them to double check that all of the lug nuts have been tightened before you leave!

I purchased my tires from Big O Tires and I will certainly return to have them rotated and to have an alignment check because I've already paid for those. On the negative side, I tried to schedule an appointment and was informed that it is first come, first served at the Spanish Fork location. That was fine. I didn't even mind having to wait longer than the estimated hour and a half. I was very disappointed that two different people at the desks could not tell that I had purchased the tires from Big O. They wanted to charge me for the tire rotation when they should have known it was included in my purchase price!

I came in for a quick tire rotation. I was greeted at the door the work actually had the door open for me. They had great customer service for me, the only down side is I had to wait about an hour for my car to be serviced.

My Big O Bigfoot ATs only lasted 30,000 miles. Your Customer Service took the time to explain my options and offered suggestions. I decided to try the Big O AS based on his knowledge. I hope it lasts longer than the AT. my complaint is that I didn't feel like the prorate for the old tires was fair, I think it should have been higher.

Great customer service. Enjoyed watching a movie while I waited for my jeep. Pretty quick service considering I didn't make an appointment for my visit.

I was really happy that my scheduled appointment stuck to it’s time and the staff was waiting for me to get there. I really enjoyed that the brake fix and recommendation was clearly instructed to me along with the price and that I was notified immediately once the vehicle was ready. Bringing my truck to this location next!
