Big O Tires

The sticker that Big 0 puts on the interior windshield has the mileage at the time of the tire rotation , not the extended mileage for the next tire rotation. Otherwise, it was good.

I have always loved Big O and it's the ONLY place I will go for tires and some other services. Whoever trains employees their customer service skills knows what they're doing. Ive never had a bad experience and everyone is always equally friendly at any location I visit. This particular store is looking a bit rundown and it was hot but that isn't a deal breaker whatsoever.

The guys are nice and professional, however I was quoted over $800 in additional services that were, according to the salesperson, a "safety risk," something I don't take lightly. Luckily my brother, who always has my back, is a mechanic and I took my car to him immediately for a second opinion. Turns out, the salesman's scare tactic was just that, and my vehicle is perfectly fine. My trust in the integrity of the shop is sadly dwindling, and it's a shame.

Came in for tire rotation. Walked in no one else in site I thought I'd be in and out quick. One hour and fifty five minutes later I was out of there.

Good service, reasonable price.

Bought a used tire which had a leak. Didnt find out till the next morning when it was flat when i went to leave for work. Took it in to be repaired that night and was told 15 minutes to fix. Took nearly an hour. I got there at around 520 and left at 610. Sounded like they forgot to fix my tire till they asked me what i was waiting for when they were getting ready to close.

I used the website to schedule my appointment which was very simple to do. I received notification of my scheduled appointment within a few minutes. I was also pleased with the technicians at the shop. They did a complete inspection on my vehicle and identified some issues that I needed to address. I was able to have them handle all the problems at this one visit.

Way too pushy about selling extended warranty and additional services, I just want to get in and out with my tires.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have always went out of there way to make sure I'm happy with my visit

I wish I would have known when I purchased tires that they weren't warrantied. The owner tried to make it right, but after much stress and frustration on both of our sides. I hope I don't have any other tire problems. I'll go back to firestone for service and tires from now on.

Every time I visit the Spanish fork big o I know exactly what to expect. Quality service, great prices friendly staff I never go anywhere else.

sisters reported that a lug nut was loose and appeared to be cross threaded on the tire that was replaced. the took their car to another shop and had it fixed.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They also explained to me that making an appointment is not necessary at this location, that it’s more of a corporate thing

Dear Survey Team, I came to the Spanish Fork store on April 4 2017. Looking for good tires for my hauling trailer. I paid over $400 for the set. I was not offered, or told about any road hazard protection. Almost 1 year later I get a screw in my tire on the street of Spanish Fork. I go to the same store for repair. I was told by the salesman it was not fixable. I was not shown the severe damage. I took the word of your sales rep as the truth. Your store did not have a Tow Master in stock. For another $95 plus fees. they would get one in. After an hour the tire is done. I am at your sales desk paying. I decide to ask about some road hazard protection. The rep looks up my sale from a year ago. Then tells me the costs. of $15.50 per tire . For 3 years of coverage. $168 is what the ordeal cost me that day. I am mad that I was not offered the protection again. I not only had to buy a new tire again. The tire your sales rep brought in for me is not a Tow Master. I have not ever heard of the brand of tire I was sold. Your company failed me completely in my eyes. Why was I not told it was NOT a matching tire from the second he hung up from ordering another tire. Dirty bathrooms. No hot chocolate available. No sugar for coffee..

They took care of a slow leak quickly that another big O tires in Colorado had said it would take too long to complete. We were driving home and TPM went off. I understand that there were other customers but I also explained time frame and was told they would get to it “before we close.”
