Big O Tires

I had my engine oil changed and tires rotated. Very sloppy work. Three different guys kept getting in to the cab with dirty hands and dirty clothes. One guy put a new oil change sticker inside on the windshield and a few minutes later another guy got in and took the new oil change sticker off and put a new tire rotation sticker in its place. They left dirty hand prints on the hood and other places. When i got home and checked the engine oil, it was a 1/2 inch from the full mark. I'M NOT HAPPY

I'm always impressed with how friendly the service reps. I wish the service was faster, but I understand how backed up things can get.

The ol' bait and switch. Got a quote for the tires. I was led to believe the mount and balance was included in the price. Got the bill and not only did they charge me $15 per tire for the mount and balance but also $16 disposal fee and $123 labor. Never going back to these cheats.

Local manager seemed very dedicated to making everything right and resolving any problem.

We were in a situation that we need tires imedialy they got the tires from the warehouse and had them installed on the vehicle early the next morning staff were friendly and willing to help any they could

I was quoted price on phone. Went in and they said they had two tires in stock but could get the other two while the worked on the two they had in stock

This is the second time I've had my vehicle maintained at this Big O location. They have been extremely friendly and knowledgeable each time. They are my go to mechanics now.
