I had just brought my truck in for any missions test and it passed but for some reason when I left my truck just kept dying and wouldn't go when I pressed on the gas so I crushed it back to Big o and they were great to take it back in and fix it right then.

The customer service is phenomenal and I trust them with my car 100%

Spanish Fork Big O is my favorite Neighborhood tire shop. I strangely had four flat tires in two weeks recently. The guys got me all fixed up every time. I'm really glad I bought the Big O brand. Thanks guys! I'll be back and back and back.

Aiden took the time to explain on the tire options based on what I currently had and what I was looking for. He shared with me the experience he had after a recent safety training and educated us on what he learned which also helped us with our purchase decision.

Great to work with. Knew exactly what tires would be needed for my car and then provided a fair price on two or three different tires, depending on what I desired. Were also upfront with me about the need for an alignment or my tires would lose their warranty if they wore out based upon not having an alignment.

They got me right in and new battery installed.

I wanted winter tires and the worker there explained to me how the process goes, the price and he solved all my questions. The time was a really good point too. The worker was so nice.

I came in to get a four-wheel alignment, and the car before mine needed more front work. The employee who took my keys came in apologizing that it will be a longer wait and then offered a coupon. I love the appreciation and sincerity in his tone!

I needed to change my tires as soon as possible. I took an appointment a day before and in 1h my tires were changed and the wheels were aligned. I will come back to change the oil and to pass the revision.

My family always goes to big o. They go above and beyond to give great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone. They are helpful and I trust them.
