I have been goint to Big O in Logan for a number of years now. Sam and the others that work there or have worked there have be great to work with. I can drop off an auto after hours and call the next day to tell them what I need done. I needs be I can pay over the phone and pick it up after hours if needs be

I made an appointment. When I came in they took my car right back and started working on it ASAP. Super friendly. I was in and out. Wasn't pressured into buying extra stuff. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

Friendly associates. Fair prices. Good advice on tires. They found other problems and let me know. I appreciated them not pushing me into having it done here but still informing me. I went in on Tuesday for an alignment. That same day my car tire was making a terrible grinding noise. Took my car in the next day and the manager came got my keys and took care of me. He was professional and he was concerned for me and for the vehicle. I know I have had run ins with big o that has caused me to have a sour taste about them and the way they operate. But after today I have a new place that I will call my go to. I was in and out and the manager took care of it all. Thank you Big o and thanks for taking care of my family. I will be headed back soon for all of my cars needs.
