Big O Tires

I was traveling south and started to feel low tire pressure, but was unable to put in more air due to valve stem caps that were stuck. I stopped at the Spanish Fork Big O Tires, hoping they could help. They were wonderful. They got me right in, removed and replaced the unusable valve stems, filled my tires and got my children and myself on our way. I am so grateful for the help and excellent customer service I received. I don't live in Spanish Fork but would be willing to travel to this location for my tire needs, based on the great experience I had. Thank you! :)

The 2 mem I dealt with were able to answer my questions with complete understanding and detail. They presented choices with explanations for every choice. They were very polite and soft spoken. They did not get upset when I asked many questions. The were willing to give us a ride home after checking in the vehicle. I definitely was pleased with having them serve me.

Keith is a great customer service advisor. He has a lot of experience and is honest. The master mechanic they have is one of the best in the state in my opinion. I had the dealership "fix" my valve adjustment and they made it worse and wouldn't redo the work. Big-O did the valve adjustment perfect and my car purrs like I kitten now. They are honest and stand by their work.

They explained very throughly what my vehicle needed and fixed the problem and ran very smoothly after we got it back

My sales person Keith went beyond than i expected they told me they were out of the tires i wanted. But i told he if we could order it and he was able to find me tires at different store the same day.

We bought a new car and one of the sensors went out. We went to big o in Spanish Fork and they got us right in and also had the part in hand which was nice. We thought for sure they would have to order it in and it would take a few days. Great experience, I will definitely be going back!

Both Josh and Shane were very helpful in getting me a couple new tires .Shane went out of his way to do whatever he could to make it work for me especially while sitting their with my infant twins in the store

I have always liked the guys working and how well they explain things. My service has always been fast and friendly. I also don’t feel like they take advantage of me like some places can with women who don’t know much about vehicles.
