I have used big o in spanish fork for years and have always got great service I would recommend them over all the other competitors in town

Great communication with us. I had some issues trying to pick it up when completed they had no problem coming to pick us up so we can pick up the vehicle.

The manger took care of the problem very professional. We are satisfied with the outcome.

They got me right in on a Saturday. Although not able to fix that day due to complexity of my issue. Got immediate help upon pulling into parking lot. Quick assessment. Zac and his team all were very helpful and informative.

Keith Brickson is the one that helped me. I told him my needs and he didn't try to upsell me. He found what I needed and took care of me. Honesty and concern were shown.

This is the first time I have EVER done an online review. I highly recommend the service at this store. I brought my horse trailer in for new tires. There was a minor problem when they replaced the lug nuts but it turned into a major hassle when we took the tires off to pack the bearings. It took two days to get the correct lug nuts and involved all kinds of running around and lots of time. We mentioned this to the owner and he felt so bad that he installed two new tires for free. Wow! Talk about being concerned about the well-being of their customers. I really appreciated this response. They sure proved themselves to me!

Give Mac a raise! I have now worked with Mac on several occasions and he is- hand's down- the best. He's personable, knowledgeable and most important, he is trustworthy. I have found other tire and repair shops with better deals, but I don't choose them because I know Mac will make sure I am taken care of.
