Big O Tires

When I arrived, it was close to closing. They were already very busy. However, they made time for me. It had been a horrible day...and this was one thing that actually went right. I cried when they called my name to pick up the car. They have no idea how grateful I was because of their professionalism and it was a big deal to me!

Had good interaction, with Rocky, at the counter, at check-in, check-out and over the phone. He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions, and gave me a prompt call when service was done. Overall, good experience.

Very knowledgeable and professional they where good to come tell you periodically the progress of my vehicle and explained all recommendations that aroused

They were helpful in getting me the trailer tires that I needed and was very quick to get me in and out in a timely manner. The staff was very nice and had a great attitude

We had an unexpected break down while on a road trip. They were very busy that day but we’re able to fit us in and get us back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time given all the other customers at the time.

The staff was really nice and communicated everything clearly and there were a lot of nice customers there in the waiting room to visit With while I waited for the truck to be done.
