I felt like they really only wanted to sell the store brand tire. And while I did go with them it felt pushed hard.

The cost of the oil changes have become much higher than I think they should be. I paid $69 for an oil change. I don't love that at all

Wasn't told a price Was told they would call me when it was done and I was never called. Price for standard oil change is a bit higher than competitors

Don't hold clients hostage, knowing there options, only give one, and that it was over 4 times the amount needed to fix the problem. And them knowing what the clients problem was, and knowing that they wouldn't have any options due to where they live and that no other places would be open for two days, and that there would be no other options that weren't extremely expensive, There attitude "to bad walk", if you don't like it, but pay to have your your car towed and stored somewhere else. Also have some stock on hand to alleviate time, and explain anything about what the client is buying

I brought Vehicle in for rotate and balance oil change , alignment and a slow leak and tire to be repaired. The oil changed the leak has stopped so far. The tires where rotated but not balanced. the TPMS where not reset there was grease on the carpet and door handle. We had to travel 45 miles back to get the problems corrected, there was still grease on the carpet and door handle and only the front 2 tires where re-balanced. As we where leaving 2 workers came out and stood by the role up doors and stared at us as if to intimidate us. Now we have to get the 2 rear tires balanced and have the alignment checked, because their work can not be trusted. I have done business at this location in the past and have been satisfied but do to this experience and will not go back, and question doing business at Big O at all.
