Big O Tires

We blew a tire on our boat trailer on the way to Powell. Since we lost one last year in the same way, we opted to replace all 4 tires. The folks at this store got us right in and were very friendly and helpful. We We're back on the road in no time. Thanks for the great experience!

Jesse was sympathetic to my situation of having always used the Payson, UT store that now has closed. That I had a disgruntled feeling having to start over getting to know his stores employees and my losing the rapport and understandings I'd come to have at the Payson store over the previous years. Jesse was very good at listening and giving me honest information in regard to any and all of my concerns. The service tech found that the oil drain plug had been stripped and was having difficulty in removing it. I was made aware of this and since the last oil change was with BigO Payson, Jesse had a new one delivered to his store and replaced on my vehicle. I was not charged for this part albeit inexpensive, still...

Although they didn't quote a price they had the car done fairly quickly and I didn't waste my whole saturday. The online appointment scheduling is a great tool as well.
