I had requested the tires be ordered and had the quote in place, all we had to do was wait for the tire to show up. They did, I was called to let me know, went in the next morning and within 50 minutes, all was finished, and to my great satisfaction!

The associates were very knowledgeable about the type of tire I needed for my vehicle. They also were honest in recommending only the necessary brake work on then vehicle despite more being recommended by the dealer. The price was fair and the time to completion was as expected. Very happy with this Big O location.

Excellent job, service and experience

The desk staff there was so so helpful. My car shop has recently closed and I've been trying to figure out where to go now. Due to the great first visit I had at the Big O in South Jordan, that's the place. Not even going to look at other places. They helped me with a flat tire and a tire rotation.
