Big O Tires

I went in to buy new tires. Would have cost me $697. But because we werent happy with how quickly the tires wore out, and after several go arounds they gave us a discount and our new total was down to $442. All the techs were very nice and professional.

Honesty and friendly staff

I wanted to use a local company and support them at this time in our economy. Overall I felt the service was good but the price ended up being significantly higher than I thought it would be after committing to purchasing the tires.

Fair costs. Good people who know their craft. Reasonable times.

They were super nice and helpful.

I always come to this one as they always make sure the job is done right. In the past I had a problem after they were done with my car, I brought it back, and they fixed the issue gain no questions asked the same day.

I am always treated extremely well at this Big O. I have been coming here for many years and will continue to do so.

Normally I have had super service with Big O, but for the second time in a row they rotated my tires on my truck and did not change the tire pressure. Had 85psi on the front and 65psi on the rear. I let air out of the fronts to 65psi and added to the rear to 80psi.They don't charge for rotation for a 15+ year customer so how can I complain?

The staff at this big o are kind and have always been able to work on my vehicles regardless of appointment or no appointment

I have been doing business with this location for years. They are under new ownership and things seemed to be running a lot better. I went in and got some new tires for my 4 Runner. They entered the mileage wrong on the ticket and now the Carfax shows that my vehicle has inconsistent mileage. I called in and talked to the manager Clint he said he would fix it but it never happened.

Since the Service took longer than expected, the staff provided me a “rental” car so I could get where I needed to go!

Cruz And his entire team were great representatives of the big o tire brand. They were Profession, kind, courteous, thorough, and polite. A very positive experience and it was like breathing a breath of fresh air.

Friendly people come to the point after checking the vehicle. Always is another option Curtis is the right person to talk with. Big by mountain view Harriman is the right place to go.

My family is a regular customer at this Big O location for over 15 years. I had a leak in one of my tires and Jamie and the gang at Big O took care of it for free and quickly!!! Everyone should take a page out of their customer service book. They are always friendly and fast. I send anyone that needs Tires or service to Big O.
