Came in for brake work and was highly impressed. Shawn informed me about my issues and what had to get done and was able to get financing to make easy payments. Only downside was I thought I was supposed to get a complimentary car check. Will be back again.

Tom is a star. There is no other way to say it. He is extremely knowledgeable but more importantly honest. I cannot say enough about him and the respect he shows for the customer and the issues. Even if Midas doesn’t handle an issue, he will provide guidance. He was instrumental in Hyundai covering the cost of a new engine for me. He and Midas have my trust and loyalty.
