Plugged my tire for free, same day

I was in a jam when the muffler fell off our accessible van when I was transporting a handicapped person. They installed a new one quickly and at a fair price despite the need for some custom tailpipe work. Got me back on the road right away.

The staff were timely with a diagnosis and reasonably priced resolution that could be completed in 45 minutes. Communication was excellent and truthful; no extra solicitation or confusing conversation was depicted. They were straight forward and helpful!

Midas has always treated me and my family vehicles well. I am currently still under dealership care with my truck but soon as that is up I will be back to Midas. My wifes suv is always treated well and I have a cousin and his family cars that now uses Midas on my recommendation.

Great value, nothing hidden, and great customer service. I’ve had horrible enough experiences at places trying to upswell me because I am a female that I’ve gone to automotive repair school. This was the complete opposite, and I appreciated the not trying to upsell me.

The professionalism I receive from the location I go to is why I keep returning. Always greeted. Clean and Safe walking areas. Krissy and Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and answer all questions or concerns. Service done to my vehicle is awesome, they keep my car clean.They call and inform me what else needs to be done if they find other vehicle issues.
