I use to take my vehicle to Firestone and their customer service was horrible not to mention their services. My friend that switched from Firestone in Glen Burnie to Midas recommended this store in Pasadena. She was so right about Midas, best place ever. Tom runs a quality shop. They are completely transparent with what needs to be fixed and the associated costs. They’ve never taken longer than predicted to complete a repair, most of the time they’re early. Customer service and communication are top notch. I will never take my Honda anywhere else.
