So extremely greatful that they checked my car. I thought it needed alignment, I had hit a pothole had new tire put on by AAA who did not do good work. Midas went above and beyond and found my exhauste flex also broke due to pothole. They even showed me the broken part.I always have a great experience with staff, scheduling appointments, always clean. I always feel like they are honest and I feel safe and know they will do a good job with my car.

So Ive had two services done in September 1st my tires 2nd my headlight the guy was very knowledgeable as so was I didnt try to get over on me very polite service. I will return and recommend Pasadena Midas 2 family and friends Thank You guys.

I was at work going into garage drivers window got stuck down it was raining all day I scheduled an appt for next morning. Found a time drink the day that rain was light left went directly to Midas they took it in the bay so no rain and called me with the problem and estimate in a few hours vehicle was repaired early next day.

I took my Taurus wagon to Midas (on Ritchie Highway) after getting an outrageous estimate from Walt Eagers off Telegraph Road. (Tom) at Midas gave me a more reasonable quote and had the car done for me exactly when he said he would. I've used this Midas a couple times in the past and have always been pleased with the work and the professional service we have received. Tires are next on the list and we will be going back soon... Thanks Tom for helping us out and saving us a few hundred dollars!!!

I dint have an appt. I went there to see what was going on with my car. Tom came out. Showed me what was wrong. Gave me a price and my car was ready within 3hrs
