Got there at my appt time, they took the car in the bay within 5 minutes, completed the oil change and tire rotation, topped off my fluids and cleaned the windows, was in and out in just over a half hour, very satisfied, I been using Midas for most of my oil changes and tire rotations, will recommend Midas service to my neighbor across the street for her car needs.

Scott was very accommodating by giving me an oil change with my 15 minute notice. Awesome service once I arrived. These guys do great work. Had my brakes done several weeks ago. Awesome

I have been patronizing the Pasadena Midas for several years, on a referral from a co-worker. Two of the most important things to be said of the staff, is the friendliness of the staff, and the honesty of the staff. In particular Tom and Chrissy. I will never go anywhere else for the service of my two vehicles. Never have I ever been pressured to do any work. Tom would say it could wait or it would need to be done immediately, and that’s something to be commended. The Pasadena Midas definitely needs to be recognized for all his hard work to its patrons. I’ve been going to this Midas for Atleast 5 years and the employees have always been very informative and super friendly. Unless I move out of this state this will always be my automotive place.

My husband is in hospice and I needed an oil change and tire rotation in a hurry. Scott was more than helpful in getting me in and out quickly. Such a caring and considerate man! Can?t thank him enough!! I recommend this place to everyone I know!
