Bought 4 snow tires and had them install them. Very efficient and friendly service.

They accommodated me quickly and professionally. Matched a price I found elsewhere no questions. I go to big o for all my tire needs.

We went there to get tires on our 5th wheel and the person at the front counter was the very best person helping us with our decision on tires,because of her I will recommend this place to everyone, again she was the best.

My truck needed a lot of work and they took care of everything. It drives very smooth and they even took care of some surprises. The truck was overheating when idling and I didn't even know it. It turned out it was just the thermostat but they took care of it quickly.

We've had work done here twice now on my Toyota Sienna. All in the last couple months, and my van has never driven better since I've had it! We are extremely pleased with the customer service and expert work we had done, we're customers for life now. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

The people I spoke with were knowledgeable, friendly, and walked me through several options. They explained options to help the alignment with my car.

I brought my car in to look at my car for an electrical problem and within a couple of hours, they found out what it was and had it repaired. When we went in to pick up the car, they explained everything they did down to the wire and in Lehman's terms so it was easy to understand. These guys are going to be our go to for our car problems.

OUTSTANDING!!!! Customer service is definitely not lacking here at Big O Tires in Lake Stevens. I'm not familiar with the area and had picked up a nail somewhere. I had cake and ice cream in my car for a surprise party for our daughter so the urgency in my call to them in my head seemed extreme. I called, explained the urgency and they got me in right away and were very accommodating. I mean REALLY ACCOMMODATING they didn't even charge me!!! I couldn't believe it!!! Actually I could believe it because in the short amount of time I had been speaking with them their character exuded customer satisfaction. I live in eastern Wa however I would absolutely with no hesitation make the trip over for any and all of my tire needs!!! You won't be disappointed.

Big O tires has my business for life! They went above and beyond for me and it was of no benefit to them as it was for a service they don't even charge for. They came and met me on the side of the road and were truly there to back up and honestly be there for their customers. I have never felt so valued, cared for and treated so kindly in all my customer service experiences. They really know there stuff and would recommend them to anyone who asks!

I went in for an alignment on a 86 Mustang GT. I got a phone call and was told that one outer tie rod in one inner tie rod needed to be replaced. Since I had just put on new outer tie rods I thought it kind of funny so I called O'Reilly's Auto Parts they are right next door to Big O and that's where they get their parts from and ask him if they could warranty at one of my outer tie rods and also send over an inner tie rod. I talk to the manager at Big O I told him I would be in shortly. After I got there he informed me that they do not take parts that customers bring in they have to get them from the parts store themselves which I kind of figured. The manager then said we have a problem please follow me out to your car so that we can discuss it and figure out a solution. Informed me that the mechanic had made a mistake and they would like to remedy problem. To the mechanic and the manager I'm sure this was a huge deal and they were very worried I could tell by the tone in his voice. I'll just say this things happened, Nobody's Perfect, things can be fixed. I understand this and I know this and I don't fly off the handle about things like this. I could tell by the look on the manager's face and it's telling that he was ready for me to start shouting. I looked at him and I said so what's your plan. I will tell you what was broken how is fixed but I will tell you this the one minor thing they messed up they made up for it in a gigantic way. Extremely happy with the work that was done and the parts that were replaced. I recommend this location to everyone I know. You're very nice very helpful and if there's a mistake they really make up for it. Just want to say a big thanks to the manager the mechanic for everything I did. thanks guys.

I arrived and Aaron was super kind and reassuring and when he hit a snag with the tires I ordered being unavailable he put tires on that are perfect and better than I hoped for. He helped me put fears to rest and now my vehicle is safe for my son and me in all weather conditions. I appreciate him and the team so much! Thank you guys.
