Always get top notch service from Big O in Lake Stevens. Their customer service is Awesome. I will always choose them over Les Schwab. They actually know what they are doing.

We thought we just had a bearing issue to fix but turned out our shocks & struts also needed to be done ASAP. They worked with us to make the cost affordable enough for us to get things taken care of all at once. Our newly driving teenager will be driving this vehicle and now we feel safe in them doing so. Thank you for always taking care of our vehicles for all these years.

They dont up sell you, just tell them what you want and they do it. Told them about my brakes and they gave me an estimate print out of cost. Didnt pitch me on it, didnt try to sell me but it was there. Will probably be back to get them done there.

I brought my car in the day after I was approved for credit without knowing my new account number. Aaron M explained I needed it to use my credit. Customer service would not give it to me. The next day when I returned Aaron M had spoken to Savanah together they were working on solutions to get my account number. Before I walked in the door I was pretty frustrated. Savanah greeted me right away and when I told her who I was she explained that her and Aaron M. Had been working the problem since I dropped the car off and told menot to worry they would figure it out. Savanah had a list of ideas to remedy the problem. This was the best customer service I have experienced and because of them I will be a loyal customer for life without a doubt. There is more to my story but I will say they went above and beyond for me and I won't forgetit.

Great Shop! Professional and courteous. Took care of me and fixed a big problem caused by another tire shop.

I was able to shop around get cheaper tires than the competitor. The person I spoke to was succinct in explaining the answers to my questions and found tires that were better for the similar price of the original tires I picked.

Straight forward

Went through the car wash and, because I had valve stem extenders on the valve cores, the 2 left ones broke and I was sitting in the parking lot with 2 flat tires. Big O Tires was just across the parking lot - they took my car in immediately and fixed both issues quickly/efficiently - kudos to a job well done.

I stopped in without an appointment and was helped in a timely fashion.

My family has been using this location for over 10 years. With ever tire purchase which’s has been at least 10 sets across 7 vehicles the level of service at this location is outstanding. Always friendly, honest and is up front with pricing and services needed.

Gives me the information I need, short and concise, with zero pressure to buy additional services other than what I came for. Highly likely to complete additional maintenance services at this location after doing more personal research.
