The customer service here is great. Very friendly people. Made my appointment on Thursday for the following Monday and it was all done much sooner than I had expected. Very pleased with my visit.

I think Midas is very professional and honest with me when it comes to taking care of my car. This means a lot to me. I have never felt taken advantage of.

I always trust that l'm going to get prompt, knowledgeable and courteous service at a reasonable price. I am not super knowledgeable when it comes to how cars work but l am never made to feel dumb whenever l ask a question.

Pleasant, knowledgeable staff, everyone tried to be as accommodating as possible. Even the waiting room was pleasant, with coffee available. Managers treated the staff respectfully.
