I had the muffler and pipe assembly installed 2 yrs ago at a Midas in MA. There was no warranty attached to that repair work. Jimmy called that shop and headquarters to get the parts replaced for me. I paid labor only. I appreciated the substantial savings.

I love the Annapolis location! I was in and out in 30 minutes. They were quick and professional. My car runs smooth, almost brand new. I have no complaints.

The manager, Jerry, was extremely helpful, thorough, and friendly while explaining the problems with my car, the time involved to repair it and the cost involved. He understood that I was on a “work break “ and needed to get back on the job ASAP so, he and the great mechanic on the case made it happen, just as promised!
