I will go back just because of Jerry. He was extremely professional, polite, got me in and out with no hassles at all.

I had an emergency with my tires & Midas ordered new ones within a day & car was ready in just a short time.

I had the muffler and pipe assembly installed 2 yrs ago at a Midas in MA. There was no warranty attached to that repair work. Jimmy called that shop and headquarters to get the parts replaced for me. I paid labor only. I appreciated the substantial savings.

He understood that I was on a “work break “ and needed to get back on the job ASAP so, he and the great mechanic on the case made it happen, just as promised!
