We called to get the vehicle in and were told to drop it off for completion. It only took the shop about an hour to complete. They looked over the vehicle to check for other potential issues and let us know what they found. They were respectful when we told them we weren’t going to complete the other things they found. Everyone was friendly and incredibly helpful. Will definitely go back when we need service.

I want to thank Brian for helping us on March 16. My wife got a nail in her tire (we live in a new subdivision with lots of construction) and we left her 4Runner to get the tire fixed at 7:30 a.m. Brian called at 8:15 and said everything was fixed. Not that's prompt service. When we need tires for the 4Runner of the FJ Cruiser, we are sure to come back and buy them from Brian - and Big O Tires.

Tatum and Nick were exceptional in how they performed. Tatum was kind enough to contact the tire warranty provider on my behalf and secure the replacement cost for the one tire that failed.
