I contacted Justin at the Lincolnway store in need of a replacement battery. Upon arrival Justin unloaded the bad battery, found the replacement, invoiced it, and had me out the door in no time. Even though they were busy Justin took care of everything quickly. Always appreciate him and Jason taking care of everything in a timely fashion!

I want to thank Brian for helping us on March 16. My wife got a nail in her tire (we live in a new subdivision with lots of construction) and we left her 4Runner to get the tire fixed at 7:30 a.m. Brian called at 8:15 and said everything was fixed. Not that's prompt service. When we need tires for the 4Runner of the FJ Cruiser, we are sure to come back and buy them from Brian - and Big O Tires.
