The associates and tire installers were friendly and professional.

Treated like a human and not a paycheck also was given a choice to ride a shuttle home and back at no charge so I didn't have to wait in the lobby. Good place to get your tires and questions answered.

This was a great tire shop. Tyrell was great. He made sure that my tires were there and got my car in and out quickly. He also made sure to explain all the benefits of both the tires chosen as well as using the big O card to finance. Overall a fantastic experience and very knowledgeable staff.

Gavin, my service writer, took in my trailer tire to rebead the tire to the wheel. It wasn't able to be done, but Gavin solved the problem by getting a tube installed. Big O didn't charge me for this service. This type of service is why I come here for my tires and services.

I’ve always had great customer service at this store. Justin is the best

I had a flat tire on my Dodge Ram 1500. After replacing the flat with the spare I drove to Big O . Justin Reed assisted me, met me at my truck and I explained the situation. It was around 2:00 p.m. and the waiting room was packed. I left the truck and did not expect to hear from anyone until the next day. In less than an hour Justin called me with an update, the tire was damaged beyond repair. Justin gave me a number of options, everything from replacing all 4 tires to replacing the one tire with a comparable used tire. In the end Justin sold me a good used tire at a very reasonable price. Justin went out of his way to help me and left a favorable impression on my wife and I. My wife needs 4 new tires on her Prius. We will be in next week to purchase those tires from Big O on Lincolnway.

Justin did an amazing job getting the tires that we wanted to the store in a timely manner. The service that was provided for us was top notch. We were definitely satisfied with everyone at the store. This set of tires was the second set this year that we have gotten for our vehicles and we definitely will be returning for more. Keep up the great service and work that you all as a team provide to the people of our community.

The staff was right there to see what I needed and very friendly. They told me how long it was going to take and I agreed to the required service and waited for my vehicle to be complete.

We were returning home after driving to California, and when we were outside of Cheyenne, WY, our Change Oil Light came on. We still had a long trip to northern Michigan ahead of us and after a day of long driving, we decided to spendt the night in Cheyenne. First thing in the morning I researched oil change facilities in Cheyenne and found the Big O location. When we drove up, within seconds the manager approached us and asked us what they could do for us. When we told him, he said he could squeeze us in and have us on our way in about 45", including a tire rotation too. They were very busy and all 3 bays had vehicles in them. And, other customers came in with various issues too. His team was working very hard and the manager kept track of everything. We were out of there in about one hour and he apologized for the delay! This store was outstanding, very well organized and very polite to all walk-ins as well as phone call customers. I wish I had recalled the manager's name. He is outstanding. Cheyenne is fortunate to have this team working for them.
