Went in with expecting to have a simple repair. While associates was fixing it they found another issue that would have left me stranded. Got back with me on promptly on a solution and multiple prices for my budget.

I have purchased tires from Big O for twenty years. Staff recognize me and welcome my business. My recent visit was because I had a large screw in my tire and had to drive in from Hillsdale. They had my vehicle tire repaired and out the door in 35 minutes. I checked the miles on my set of tires and they provided a written quote for replacing them. Thank you for the excellent service.

I came in for a flat tire and they found a larger issue that could have been a big problem fairly soon. I got the brakes repaired for what I feel was a reasonable price. I also dealt with two competent staff members while I was there. Justin Floyd and Treall Bunting.

I took my car in because my low tire pressure light was on. Jason was great. He welcomed me as soon as I entered the store and asked me what I needed. He had someone check my tire pressures and repaired my tires in a short period of time. He explained what they found and what they did. I have been going to Big O for sometime now and I have always had great service.

Angel really helped me out and gave me a great deal on tires, was awesome considering i had to get 6 of them for my truck. They also redid the alignment after the holiday because it was still a little out of wack. They also didnt have any issues installing oversized tires on the factory wheels unlike discount tire. Overall great store amd great employees. Definitely recommend if you need tires or basic maintenance.
