It was a simple as calling Justin talking over the phone and he sourced the tires and had them delivered within an hour. Then we dropped the car off and just picked it up once it was complete. It was a very smooth process. I have Never used Big O tires in the past and I will 100% bring my work vehicle as well as personal vehicles to big O tire in the future Highly Impressed!!

On September 30th I took a trailer tire in for repair of a leak. I wasn't out of my truck when Justin Journey meted me an asked how he could help me. I told him I had a flat needing repaired in the back of my truck. He grabbed the tire and took it inside for me and told me he would have it repaired ASAP. He offered me coffee if I wanted any. The tire was repaired in a reasonable amount of time. He also loaded it back in my truck which Really helped a lot I am disabled and can't lift never items. Outstanding customer service

Let's face it, having car trouble is often like waiting for someone at the doctor's office. You don't know what's wrong; you hope everything will be OK; and you don't know what it's all going to cost. But at Big O, service personnel make every effort to keep customers informed. Mechanics identify issues quickly, and the service writers keep customers in the loop, immediately advising of the diagnosis, the cost, and how long the repairs will take. They'll also be right up front when you have a problem they cannot repair, and they'll make recommendations about other shops that can handle your issue. Personnel know me by name and are always friendly and professional. The coffee's hot. The chairs are comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. But most importantly, Big O people do a good job whether they're putting on new tires, changing spark plugs, or giving you the bad news that you need s new transmission. Jack Floyd runs a quality business, with two Big O franchises in Cheyenne. If there's ever a problem, he wants to know about it. We don't go anywhere else.
