Justin Journey has always met me at my car. It was a Monday and they were busy, but they still had time to get my cars in for service. I had a one flat tire on all my cars. Justin would call for me bring the next vehicle, and so on. I get great service every time I come in. Thanks Justin

I didn’t have to schedule ahead to get my oil changed which was very convenient. They also rotated my tires for free and they were very fast about it.

I had a flat and needed to get to work and they opened up an hour before the were scheduled to and got my tire done for me. Thank you to all who work there I really appreciate it.

I have nothing but praise for Justin Journey, Justin Reed, and the crew at the Big O Tire on Lincolnway. My first encounter was with Mr. Reed. He was polite and helped me determine the best tire for my needs. They got me back on the road quickly with very nice riding tires! Impressed with the service I received, I returned with my other vehicle for an oil change. Mr. Journey and his team found that the struts required replacement and installed them the same day, staying late to finish the job on the weekend no less. They have won my business, hands-down. Customer service is very important to me and I am very impressed with how I was treated!

The tires were under warranty and they honored that proration. I came in mid afternoon one day the tires were ordered without prepayment and we scheduled the appointment for this morning. Everything whet as planned and everyone was very gorgeous

I came in to have my tires rotated and an oil change for my car. Since I bought my tires at this store and was very satisfied, I came back. The employees were all very friendly and made me and others feel welcomed. Jacob Journey was the salesman who helped me. He is an excellent representative of your business. He let me know that there was the beginning of a problem with the struts on my car. I couldn't have that fixed at this time but Jacob took the time to explain what was going on and let me know that the credit card would help finance it when I am able to have it done. I will recommend this Big O Tires stores to my friends.

We had just bought tires in CO and the tires weren't balanced, so they got us right in and fixed the situation immediately so we could get back on the highway and get our daughter off to college at UW! Treall Bunting, the Big O rep, was extremely helpful in investigating my tire failure problem. Although he had no replacement tires available for me, he did his best to find some but I could not wait in Cheyenne for an order.
