Big O Tires

On August 10th 2018 I had just delivered a pickup to another location in Cheyenne. As i was leaving the trailer was bouncing all over the place causing my pickup become almost uncontrolable. I stopped and checked things out and there was a bolt that keeps the trailer straight that was loose causing the trailer to try to find center. This bolt was bigger then any of the tools i had and was close to this Bog O Tire store. I stopped to see if i could borrow some tools to fix it. I beleive the Manager, Scott Jarrett came out and ask if he could help. I explained the situation and he said NO PROBLEM. He then proceeded to go get the tools required and insisted that he fix it for me. We talked for a couple of minutes and he said ,"I noticed your tires are getting pretty worn & should be replaced soon. I informed him i was from Colorado and had another set at home to change at this time. The next time i need tires i WILL drive the 2 1/2 hours back to Cheyenne to have HIM replace with new tires. GREAT JOB & THANK YOU MR. JARRETTE. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT BEST!

I think timeliness and quality are my two most important factors. I believe both of these were covered well by this store. I felt the quality I received was excellent, and the job was done quickly, but not so fast that might suspect the job was done in a sloppy manner.

Had a great experience at Big-O of Cheyenne. I live in Lake Stevens Washington and my regular auto service shop is the Big-O in Lake Stevens. I had the need for service in Cheyenne and the Big-O in Cheyenne matched the wonderful service, friendly folks and experienced employees of Lake Stevens; I am very pleased and will have my family in Cheyenne use the Big-O there from now on.

They were very friendly, both on the phone and in person. They told me that my rear brakes need replaced and gave me a quote. I really liked the decrease in price for my oil change! Thank you!

Brian Lujan was great to work with. Rather than balance my tires I decided to purchase 4 new tires. Sure wish I remembered all the other names of the techs that helped, but know they are all great. No complaining about when they had to stop my original request to balance my tires. Brian even climbed their mountain of tires to retrieve my old ones after I came back several hours later because I wanted to keep them as spares. Jack, the owner, stopped by and took time to talk with me. He's a hands on kind of leader which reflects through the employee's attitude.

It was easy to book and easy to get there. The price was straight forward and so was the time until completion estimate. Would come back again, my only issue was 132 dollars seems like a lot just to get my tires rotated and aligned.

Patrick is awesome and deserves a raise! I purchased tires here about 2 months ago and the price and service were great. With all of the winter potholes, I had to go back in and have the wheels re-balanced. The service was excellent and lifetime re-balancing is included in the price of the tires so I didn't have to pay a cent.

Treall worked me into the schedule with minimal waiting and thoroughly explained what my options were after their assessment. Gave me a quote to consider. Appreciated his service.
