I walked in, asked to have my tires rotated, they said, absolutely, and pulled my car back into the garage immediately and I was on my way to work about 20 minutes later.

You had the tires I wanted and the appointment time was fine. It snowed that night and I had to call to cancel and make a new appointment. the new appointment was set up that would work for me and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer service.

Easy getting a Groupon and scheduling an appointment

This store has taken care of my vehicles tires for the last 32 years. They have always been fair in their dealings. To sum this up, they take care of business.

I shopped around for tire prices and Big O had the best deal. They had to order the tires I wanted and they informed me they’d be in the next day, and they were. They called to inform me they were in and I was able to get in and out fairly quickly. I didn’t have to wait long. They are very friendly and nice people. Love coming to Big O for all our car needs, been a loyal customer for years!

All of My brothers vehicles were broke down and I needed to give him one of my trucks, but I had a few items that I needed to take care of (like ASAP) I went in late that afternoon but Dennis and the crew got right on it and had it out the next day! And made it so there's Was a lot less stress for me trying to coordinate with my family's emergency. thanks guys you always come through!

Every thing was good and Carter did a great job

The manager was very friendly. He took the time to explain and show us why our tires were not sealing with the rims. In past visits he has always been helpful.

I called the morning of the appointment and worked me in. I know Carter and all I had to do was drop off my truck and they called me when it was ready to be picked up.
